Lights

Inside the kitchen of a smart home lighting too adapts to your habits. Through the DOMINA plus system it’s possible:

• an automatic lighting management (according to the amount of detected light) for energy saving
• to adjust the lighting level from the dedicated commands or via “Romantic dinner” scenario
•  to plan the automatic activation of cabinets’ lights or spotlights

Loads control

When you turn on the oven or the dishwasher, an electrical overload can occur. In this case DOMINA plus intervenes through the loads control to prevent possible blackouts:

• disconnecting in sequence the outlets set as priority (ex: oven, washing machine, …)
• ensuring greater protection for other appliances and devices
•  reducing consumption and increasing energy saving

Gas Leaks

Thanks to special gas leak detectors, DOMINA plus is able to make the kitchen a safer room. In case of leak the system will automatically provide:

• to close the main gas supply valve
• to stop the supply of the electricity so avoiding fires
• to open windows or skylights for air exchange
• to notify you of the technical alarm, locally via Touch Screen and / or remote

Water leaks

Through appropriate probes, DOMINA plus is able to detect water leaks and act before the kitchen becomes flooded. Once the leak has been detected, the system will automatically provide:

• to close the main water supply valve
• to stop the supply of the electricity grid to avoid short circuits
• to notify you the technical alarm, in local (Touch Screen) and/or remote

Smoke detectors

DOMINA plus is able to dialogue with AVE automatic fire detection system to guarantee maximum protection. If there is smoke in the kitchen:

• windows or skylights for air exchange will open automatically
• you will receive a notification on your Touch Screen
• you will receive a push notification on your devices configured with AVE cloud

This function can be integrated thanks to a management interface.

Scenarios

With AVE home automation you can memorize a certain combination of actions or configurations and replicate them through a single command, called Scenario, whenever you want. For example, from the kitchen you can activate:

•  “Romantic dinner” scenario with soft lighting, comfort temperature and background music
• “Lunch with friends” scenario with activated suction hood, closed windows and anti-intrusion system activated in the other rooms

Sound diffusion

The AVE home automation integrates with the best sound diffusion systems allowing you to relax while you’re cooking or you’re at the table. Thanks to DOMINA plus you can:

• select your audio tracks directly from the Touch Screen
• adjust the tone and volume of the installed loudspeakers by the dedicated controls
• turn on or off the loudspeakers installed in the kitchen or in any other room

Ventilation

Inside the kitchen it’s useful to guarantee an adequate air exchange to eliminate bad smells. The integration between home automation and ventilation systems allows you:

• to have an automatic air exchange management
• to timing or programming the air exchange according to your habits
• to deactivate the air exchange automatically for energy saving if the window is open
• to manage aspiration autonomously through a local command

Automations

AVE home automation allows you to create different automations to make smarter your kitchen. With DOMINA plus you have the possibility:

• to manage the windows and rolling shutters automatically or manually
• to control retractable suction hoods
• to control the movements of retractable socket turrets

Touch screen

• With DOMINA plus home automation touch screen the kitchen and also the whole house become safer. Through the Touch Screen supervisors, you can:
  • receive alerts in case of water or gas leaks
  • control your baby while you are cooking and he sleeps in his room (baby control)
  • create and recall customized scenarios for the dining room
  • check your consumption (non fiscal) of electricity, water and gas for energy saving

App per smartphone e tablet

With AVE cloud, the app for your home automation system, you can control your home directly from smartphone, tablet or PC. For example, while you are cooking or dining, you can:

• open the entrance gate to welcome your guests
• create customized scenarios
• check any lights status and choose which ones to leave on or off

Anti-intrusion

AVE offers an expandable and programmable anti-intrusion system, perfectly integrated with DOMINA plus home automation. Through the union of these two systems it’s possible:

• to activate, disarm or choke the alarm from the Touch Screen
• to manage the system from your smartphone thanks to the dedicated app
• to choke the alarm by setting “Lunch with friends”
• to receive alerts if any windows are opened
